Project Participation Framework
QuadroSystem Innovation Community is a collaborative innovation workspace. Joining a project makes you a project participant — it does not automatically make you an employee, shareholder, or beneficiary of the project or of any future company.
How participation is recognized
Any rights in the final venture can only result from a combination of factors, assessed when a legal structure is created:
- your real, documented contribution (tasks, documents, proposals, decisions);
- signed agreements between you and the project;
- the role you exercised and its responsibilities;
- the duration of your participation;
- any intellectual property you contributed;
- the decisions taken at incorporation of the final company or structure.
What the platform does
The platform keeps a clear trace of everyone’s contribution: your profile, role, join date, completed tasks, authored documents, submitted proposals and the decisions you took part in are recorded in the project workspace. This record is the factual basis for any later agreement.
What the platform does not do
The platform does not assign ownership percentages, does not promise shares, salaries or profits, and does not replace legal advice. Final terms must be validated by a qualified legal professional at the time the independent structure is created.
Questions about your participation? Raise them in the project discussions or contact the project coordinator.
